1. Safe, Secure and Easy Online Shopping Experience:
We aim to provide you with an incredibly easy online shopping experience using top notch e-commerce technology. 

2. Speedy Delivery:
We aim to provide 24hrs order processing time. That means, your products will be shipped within 24hrs (excluding weekend and public holidays in Singapore)
Our products are shipped by Fedex Express International (International Courier, Track and Trace) for speedy oversea delivery. As for Singapore Customer we will send via local Islandwide speed post or registered mail. 

3. Piece of Mind:
All of our products are send via Fedex and fully insure by Fedex Express International. Item are carefully checked and pack with protection bubble wrap and hard cupboard. If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged in the post, we are more than happy to assist with any claims to Fedex. You will receive refunds / compensation through Fedex as all the products sent using Fedex are covered by insurance. Similarly, if your order goes missing in the post, we will do all we can to follow it up with Fedex, but any refunds for items lost in the post must be applied for through Fedex.
For Insurance Claim of damage item you need to file a claim to fedex within 12 hrs of received package and cc us at claim@hmshop.biz. 

4. Quality products and wide range of products on HMshop:
We only provide you with quality products. If we don't think the quality of the products are of a high enough standard, we simply do not sell them. We also aim to provide a wide range of products especially those hard to source products outside of Singapore. We are always uploading new products so please check out site frequently!
