The following terms and conditions govern the use of HMshop.biz website including shopping and participation in reviews / forums.


Purchasing from HMSHOP
HMshop.biz gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping. 
Products displayed on this site can be purchased using the secure online paypal credit card service with your Mastercard or Visa. This is a secure service which uses the paypal server, so none of your credit card information is collected or stored by HMSHOP.



Paypal Charges
HMShop.biz will charge an adminstration fees of 3.4% if payment made via paypal. This adminstration fees was charges by payal for usage of their platform payment. HMShop  will only absorb the flat fees of $0.50 SGD and not the 3.4% fees.

News Letter
You can subscribe to HMshop newsletter. You will be the first to be notified about our special deals, new arrival of products etc. You do not have to create an account with us to subscribe to HMshop newsletter, but if you have created an account with HMSHOP, your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. If you do not wish to be contacted further by HMSHOP newsletter, please unclick the subscribe box in your account. This means we will not contact you through the newsletter, but we will still hold your details for shopping purposes. We may also contact you in direct reference to your order Pricing.

Currency
Our base currency is Singapore dollars. For your convenience, you can select from most relevant currencies to you. However, please note that the currencies other than Singapore dollars shown on the HMSHOP Online Shop are approximate measures only, so the price shown on the website and final checkout price will differ slightly. Final price is determined by Paypal exchange rate when you check out. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.

Manufacturers Faults
If you believe that the item you have bought from us has a manufacturer fault, please contact us within 3 days from the time you received the products and we will further investigate the matter. If we find that the item does have a manufacturing fault, then we will provide the replacement / missing parts or credit on HMSHOP.

Damaged Goods / Missing Items
If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged in the post, we are more than happy to assist with any claims to Fedex. You will receive refunds / compensation through Fedex as all the products sent using Fedex are covered by insurance. Similarly, if your order goes missing in the post, we will do all we can to follow it up with Fedex, but any refunds for items lost in the post must be applied for through Fedex.

Importing products from Singapore
If you purchase products from HMSHOP, you are responsible for all the custom procedures and import duties when your order arrives in your country. Importing procedures and custom duties varies from country to country. For further information, please check with your local Customs. HMSHOP (Hobbymate) shall not be held liable for any importing procedures.

Out of stock items
While we have tried to ensure the content on HMSHOP and our database for our stock numbers are current, accurate and complete, we do not guarantee such content will be current, accurate or complete when you access it.

When you go through the check out system, you will be asked to choose three options in case we do not have your requested item/s in stock. If some of your product you have ordered is out of stock, we will process our order immediately  according to your option and you will be informed as soon as we can.

We may change the content described on this Site at any time without prior notice.

Retail Price
Retail price varies between country by country. Retail price shown at HMSHOP is based on Singapore market retail price.  As exchange fluctuate all the the time, retail price is only suggestions and decided by HMShop.

Exchange Rate / Currencies

Currencies shown at HMSHOP except SGD is approximate price only. Final price will depend on your Credit Card Issuer or Paypal Exchange rate at the time of check out and it may varies from price shown with your local currencies (other than SGD).

Product Pictures
Every effort has been made to portray the photo of our products that appear on HMSHOP as accurately as possible. Please note most of our product photos show assembled and painted versions of the product even though we are selling unassembled, unpainted products.

We cannot accept any claims regarding to this matter as assembling and painting is customer's responsibility.

Your right to use this website is personal to you. You may not authorize others to use this website and you are responsible for your own use HMshop.biz. You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from HMshop.biz for public or commercial purposes.
