Shipping & Return

Processing Time:
We aim to process your order and ship the products within 24hrs. (Excluding Weekends and Singapore public holidays)

Fedex Express international:
All of our products are shipped by Fedex Express International  (International Courier / Track & Traced)

Shipping charges:
We will email you the actual shipping cost. All shipping cost will be charge at a discount of 40% Fedex Publish Rate and exclude fuel surchage. That is what fedex charge us and we pass all the discount to you.

Other Shipping Methods:
If you prefer other methods such as Registered Airmail, EMS, SAL (ETA 2-3 weeks) or Via Registered Sea (ETA 2 Months +), please email us at sales@hmshop.biz with your order and we can process your order manually.

Target Delivery Time:
General Fedex Express international take not more than 4 working day to reach you exclude Weekend and public holiday.
Europe/USA - 3 to 4 working day
Asia - 1 to 3 working day

Insurance:
All our products (shipped by Fedex ) are insured. So if your products get lost, or stolen on its way from our depot to your door, we can claim insurance.

Manufacturers Faults:
If you believe that the item you have bought from us has a manufacturer fault, please contact us within 3 days from the time you received the products and we will further investigate the matter. If we find that the item does have a manufacturing fault, then we will provide the replacement / missing parts or credit on HMshop at our option.

Damaged Goods / Missing Items:
If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged during the transit, we are more than happy to assist with any claims from Fedex. You will receive refunds / compensation through Fedex as all the products sent using fedex are covered by insurance. Similarly, if your order goes missing in the post, we will do all we can to follow it up with Fedex, but any refunds for items lost in the post must be applied for through Fedex.

This is not the case with Airmail, EMS, SAL or Via Sea.

Returns:
We accept returns for all of our products, given that it is in brand new condition in its original packaging. Please contact us within 3 days from the time you received the products. Please note, we cannot refund the shipping cost and shipping cost back to us is paid by you. Once we received your returned products, then we can provide credit (minus shipping cost) to your HMshop Account.
